After spending many years in the entertainment business, as well as being a founding member of The Venice Beach Beer Company, Tim has since devoted himself, and his entrepreneurial spirit to his passion for real estate. His prowess for negotiating, along with his sales and marketing skills, have made for a smooth transition to the field of real estate. Using a combination of honest communication and his love for people, he has a unique talent of building lasting friendships with his clients. Originally from the Midwest, Tim has lived in New York City and Los Angeles, and now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. He loves his wife Jessica, and is the proud daddy of two spirited youngsters.
